Darkmoon Faire Mystic Mage is currently at Silvermoon, out the front of the city as of Feb 2017. Take translocator above Undercity to get to Silvermoon. There is a APB out for Missing UC Mage but as she's been missing for months now, sadly it's not looking too good for her.

However, Undercity itself has no travel points to other Horde capitals; they're at the Zeppelin Tower in the nearby town, Brill, or for Silvermoon you're looking for the 'Orb of Translocation', which will teleport you to and from Silvermoon. 1 Enter the Ruins of Lordaeron, and head towards the courtyard in the center.

I would like to see a polish on Silvermoon and Exodar cities, to get them up to the new graphic standards. Updated textures, smooth out the models etc. I would also like to see signs of Blood Elves slowly taking back the other part of their city, and started to re-build it with their magical powers.

Go to the Sunfury spire, from there go around Lor'Thremar (Regent lord of Silvermoon) and you should find another room behind them. Go up the ramp and right-click on the object. It should teleport you to Undercity.

If you enter the Ruins, facing in towards the main entrance to Undercity, there's a broken circular structure in the middle. Your other alternative is to take the portal located just off the Undercity courtyard. That will dump you in a spire at the back of Silvermoon city but there’s a gauntlet of npcs to run to get out of the spire. Take a flight from stormwind to Eastern Plaguelands, then running north until you reach Silvermoon. There is something in Undercity that teleports you to Silvermoon. Forget it's name, but it's up some stairs on your right when you come in through the main entrance. Once you're in Silvermoon, just Horde Mages get the portals to all major cities (Undercity, Orgrimmar, Thunder Bluff, and Silvermoon) at 42 and Stonard at level 52.
